Using PsycINFO and ERIC for Research

Connect to PsycINFO or ERIC

Using the ERIC Thesaurus

If you want to search for Subject words to use in your ERIC search, open a new tab on your browser and go to the ERIC Thesaurus on the ERIC.ed.gov site. You can then copy Subject terms to the ProQuest ERIC database to create searches. The thesaurus works better on the ERIC.ed.gov site, but ProQuest ERIC has more features and more full text.
Lucky us - we can use both!

Using Google Scholar

Note: The Advanced Search mentioned in this video can now be found in a menu you can access using the icon in the top left corner that looks like 3 bars.
