Zotero is a tool to help you organize your sources and format your in-text and end-of-text references (bibliography).

Tip: We recommend using a traditional laptop or desktop rather than a Chromebook or tablet for this. 

This class uses ACS Chemical Biology. Make sure that this in one of your listed Zotero citation styles. 

To check for or add ACS Chemical Biology edition: 

1. From the Zotero app, click "Edit" --> "Preferences". (This is located in a slightly different place on a Mac). 
2. From the top ribbon of the Preferences box, click "Cite". 
3. If you do not see "ACS Chemical Biology" listed in the "Style Manager", click "Get additional styles..."
4. Search for "ACS Chemical Biology". 
5. Under "Citation Options", check the box that says "Include URLs of paper articles in references"
6. Click "OK" to close the Preferences Box.
