Which Citation Style to Use?
Ask your instructor if you're not sure what citation style to use for your sport management class. You will most likely use either the American Psychological Association (APA) format or the American Medical Association (AMA) format. Information on both of these is below.
When you look up instructions on how to cite sources in either format, make sure the instructions are for the most recent edition of that format. The current edition of APA format is the 7th edition, and the current version of AMA is the 11th edition.
