You can also find U.S. government documents in HathiTrust and the Internet Archive.

HathiTrust includes millions of government documents. It also offers a search that limits results to U.S. Federal Documents.

The Internet Archive has a large collection of digitized government documents as well. You can search its government documents subcollection, U.S. Government Documents.

Google Books is also adding government documents to its collection.
