Zotero Features

Zotero is an amazing tool for researchers. With Zotero, you can:

  • collect citations to books, journal articles, and other sources;
  • organize these citations using collections and tags;
  • integrate references and bibliographies into Word and Google Docs files;
  • share your Zotero library with others with Zotero Groups;
  • sync your Zotero library among your computers, such as home and work, and;
  • store digital copies of sources, such as PDFs of journal articles (storage limits apply).

At the Zotero site, click on the red "Download" box.

You will need to download both Zotero and the Zotero connector.

(Zotero works with Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Safari browsers.)

ZoteroBib

If you don't have many citations to manage, you may not need all of Zotero's features. You should try ZoteroBib.

ZoteroBib allows you to create bibliographies quickly and easily. No downloading of software or creating an account required.
