Zotero on Mobile Devices

You can use Zotero on mobile devices to view your library, save references, and annotate PDFs. 

Below are your options for iOS and Android.

 

Zotero iOS App (iPhone & iPad)

EMU Library supports the official Zotero iOS app, which is free to download and easy to use.

  • Sync MyLibrary and Group Libraries with the Web Library
  • View and Organize your Zotero Library
  • Annotate PDFs
  • Generate citations and bibliographies
  • Add items to by scanning barcodes and DOIs with your camera.

Zotero for Android Devices

EMU Library does not support third-party Android apps, but we want to let you know about available options:

  • Official Zotero Android App (Beta)

Zotero has released a beta version of an official Android app. It's still under development but offers core functionality.

 

  • Other Android Options (Third-Party Apps)

Some users have tried these apps to manage their Zotero libraries. EMU Library does not support these apps.

  • Zoo for Zotero: Basic access to your library with some annotation features.

  • ZotEZ²: Offers offline access and file syncing options.
