About this Brickley Grant Collaboration

Three EMU faculty members formed an interdepartmental team for this grant effort:
Keon Pettiway, CMTA (Communication area)
Robert Stevens, EMU Library,
& Kate Pittsley-Sousa, EMU Library

Grant funds were used to purchase three ebook titles to be used for multiple sections of three undergraduate Communication (CTAC) courses. These ebooks will be available to students as a free alternative to purchasing the print book.

CTAC/CMTA faculty and librarians will meet to discuss outcomes and consider other collaboration on efforts to remove the barriers that high text costs can pose for low income students.
